Steve is the founder and Director of The RA Group. A lawyer by training, he has more than a decade of engagement in UN climate and biodiversity processes, including UNFCCC, CBD, and Green Climate Fund accreditation and policy work. His focus is the institutional pathways that connect global commitments to direct access for Indigenous Peoples' organisations and local actors. Based in the Asia Pacific, he has advised UN agencies, governments, and Indigenous networks across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Vicente Paolo Yu

Vice is a senior international lawyer specialising in climate change, sustainable development, and multilateral negotiations. A Fulbright Scholar with degrees from the University of the Philippines and Georgetown, he formerly served as Deputy Executive Director of the South Centre — the intergovernmental policy institution of developing countries — and has advised developing-country governments across UNFCCC and Paris Agreement processes, including coordinating G77 and China negotiators on the establishment of the Loss and Damage Fund at COP27. Based in Geneva, he works with UN agencies, governments, and civil society partners across the Global South.
Hans Verolme

Hans Verolme is a senior strategic adviser on climate policy, finance, and multilateral negotiation, with more than three decades of experience across government, intergovernmental, and civil society institutions — including senior positions at WWF International and the British Embassy in Washington. He has led the preparation or enhancement of Nationally Determined Contributions for Nigeria, Barbados, Suriname, Grenada, and Trinidad & Tobago, along with their implementation frameworks and investment strategies, and advises the UK government on the FACT Dialogue on commodity-driven deforestation and on its support to Climate Vulnerable Country Negotiating Groups. Founder of the Climate Advisers Network, he is based in Berlin.
Zoe Reyes
Zoe Reyes is a senior specialist in policy, research, and technical support on climate and energy finance, with eighteen years of experience in the field. Her work focuses on the Green Climate Fund and the wider multilateral climate finance architecture, the political economy of fossil fuels and petrochemicals, and the intersection of environmental and economic justice. Her publications include Change Finance, Not the Climate and Carbon Trading: How It Works and Why It Fails.

Savirra Alaydroes-Harrison
Savirra provides support on workstream coordinations to The RA Group, and is a trained English–Indonesian conference interpreter, member of the Association of Indonesian Conference Interpreters. Since 2019, she has coordinated the firm's day-to-day delivery across complex multi-stakeholder engagements — managing project tracking, research, scheduling, content, and stakeholder communications — and has interpreted at high-level dialogues on climate finance, energy transition, forest and commodity trade policy, and climate litigation, including the JETP civil society working group, the FACT Dialogue, and Indonesian climate litigation processes. Based in Indonesia, she anchors the operational continuity of the firm's engagements across the regions.
